We live in a time when fear, doubt, anxiety and worry seem to characterize our daily lives. There’s so much gloom and depression surrounding most lives. Most people are at the verge of giving up on life as a result of all the mess they find themselves in.<\/p>\n
Despite this, there’s a breed of people who seem to have it all figured out. Life seems so perfect for them. It’s not like the latter hasn’t problems, they do but the difference between the former and the latter is, the latter lives in Perfect Peace. Life is so full of ups and downs and no one can boast of living a life free from trouble but God promises us peace in the midst of trouble . That’s why there’s a set of people whom despite life’s troubles always wear a smile.<\/p>\n
A trusting soul even in the midst of the fiercest battle can still experience and live in Perfect Peace.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n What is Perfect Peace ?<\/p>\n How Does Living in Perfect Peace Come to us?<\/p>\n Jesus is the channel through which the peace of God flows into our souls. There’s no perfect peace for anyone who doesn’t possess Christ and is resting on the finished work of Christ for salvation. It is Jesus’ blood that whispers peace within. This explains why sometimes you might look at someone swimming in affluence and think all is well with him or her yet they admire the life of someone who hasn’t even half of what they’ve got. The difference is in the peace that is from within and not from the things of the world. To live in Perfect Peace we need Jesus in our lives.<\/p>\n Jesus procured peace for us on the cross of Calvary and this peace is conveyed to our hearts by the Holy Spirit<\/p>\n It is in the great promises in God’s word that we find peace. For those who love, meditate and obey the word of God, there is a promise of perfect peace to such.<\/p>\n Perfect Peace is the Lord Himself within us, it is not just an experience nor a doctrine but God Himself within. You whose burden seem to be pressing so hard on you, you at the verge of giving up on life, do you have Jesus in your life? It is the Lord Himself who whispers peace even in the face of turmoil. Permit me end this with the first verse of this song;<\/p>\nThis is a condition of freedom from disturbance within the soul, it is perfect harmony reigning within. It is peace offered by God and not man ~a deep down calm and quiet confidence regardless of all happening around you.<\/em><\/h6>\n
